Author's Notes: First of all, this is not meant as an insult to Obama or Edwards. I respect them very much, and I fully intend to vote for one or both of them in the upcoming presidential election (I'm still in denial about Hillary). However, avialle and I agreed that they should run together for aesthetic purposes, and they're both so damned adorable that they're just begging to be slashed. So really, they brought this on themselves. Also, if I suddenly stop posting after this, it's because Secret Service agents have descended upon my house and spirited me away to that place people go when they've said something bad about the Bush administration and are never heard from again.

I mean, really, isn't it reasonable to be frightened that this came out like it was trying to not be crack!fic? Also, I have to blame tiger_lantern for influencing Stephen Hawking's role at the end of this story.
